The PEACH® DYNASEP™ PCHG & EZ-PCHG Gas Filter-Separator cartridges are a great choice for removing deformable and shear sensitive contaminants from natural gas streams.
The PEACH® DYNASEP™ PCHG can be used in the PECO Series 75 and Series 85 vessels, as well as in several competitor filter-separator vessels. The synthetic construction allows for an environmentally friendly product and an excellent upgrade option to traditional fiberglass cartridges. The Series PCHG is made using the patented PEACH process which provides increased flow, high efficiency, and effective removal of contaminants. This equates to increased operational life, fewer change-outs, reduced maintenance, and reduced costs.
The PEACH DYNASEP® EZ-PCHG can be used in PECO Series 75HTL and 75VTL Titan PuraSep® vessels. The unique end cap design requires no tools, allowing for easy installation & removal during change-outs. The inclusion of EZ-Align® ensures a positive seal and prevents cartridge sagging. The unprecedented multidirectional, tortuous flow path creates a true gradient depth filter that increases residence time for contaminant removal while maintaining porosity and permeability through the media. PEACH cartridges have become a go-to filter used by consumers who have seen the benefits of longer on-stream service life between change-outs and improved effluent gas quality.
